Access to AusPartnering is available to full conference delegates holding either a 2-day conference pass (Wednesday and Thursday only) or a 3-day conference pass.
Delegates registering with a 2 or 3-day Academic/Clinician pass will have the option to upgrade their registration to include AusPartnering for an additional fee.
Networking often begins when people happen to meet and discover a shared interest. Partnering starts earlier: you identify someone relevant, agree that there is value in meeting, and schedule time for a focused conversation. Successful partnering depends on preparation before the event. You can do this through PartneringONE™.
Within one week of completing your registration you will receive an email from our platform partneringONE™ to activate your account and set your password. Watch for an email from the partnering team to guide you.
After you have logged in, edit and publish your profile. The more you include the easier it is for people to find you and decide if they want to meet. Be sure to publish your profiles.
Once AusPartnering officially opens in late September you will need to set your availability.
Within your agenda, you will need to indicate when you are available to take one-to-one meetings.
When your agenda is set, you will be able to search for companies and delegates of interest and send requests for one-to-one meetings.
You will start to receive requests from other companies and delegates, to accept or decline. Your meeting schedule will be based on your accepted requests and mutual availability.
Once a meeting is accepted, partneringONE™ will schedule it according to availability. Meeting locations will be published before the event.
