Australia’s Biggest Week in Biotech 2026 will be held on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The AusBiotech International Conference and AusMedtech Conference will take place at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, in the heart of Broadbeach. This location provides a well-connected and accessible setting whether travelling locally, interstate or internationally. Delegates can reach the venue easily by car, public transport or air, with accommodation, dining and the Gold Coast’s key attractions all close by. Site Tours will depart from this location.
AusBiotech Invest will take place at a different location, in Surfers Paradise. Approved attendees will be provided further details with their registration.

Car parking at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre
Undercover parking is available onsite at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre for short-term visitors, including two electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
A flat rate of $15 (inclusive of GST) applies per day.
Parking clearance height is 2.1 metres. The Centre also offers ZipBy, a touchless parking app that allows for ticketless entry and exit.
Delegates are encouraged to download the app prior to arrival.

Queensland Rail services connect the Gold Coast to Brisbane CBD. For the most convenient route from Brisbane, travel to Helensvale Train Station, then transfer to the G:link light rail and ride to Broadbeach North Station, located directly opposite the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre. The Gold Coast’s G:link light rail runs along a 13-kilometre corridor from Helensvale to Broadbeach, connecting key precincts including Southport and Surfers Paradise.

Taxi and rideshare services operate frequently throughout the Gold Coast, with convenient drop-off and pick-up access via the Gold Coast Highway. Taxis can be arranged at the venue reception desk, or by using the courtesy phone located in the foyer.
Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is approximately 25 minutes by car from the GCCEC. Brisbane Airport (BNE) is approximately one hour by car or accessible via train connections.
